Terrible Customer service - Mattress

Sleepys has to be the WORST place to deal with when you have an issue. I bought a mattress there in Feb 2013, by December it had craters in it and neither of us are large people. I had it replaced with the same brand, thinking it was just a fluke. they made me pay for the delivery - it wasn't my fault the mattress was bad - the manufacturer should pay for the delivery!! Now, only 5 months later I am having the SAME issue. My back hurts every morning because I am sleeping in a crater..oh sorry it is only 1 1/4 inches deep and has to be 1 1/2 inches to qualify. 1 1/4 inches in 5 months!!!!! Now they tell me I have to wait a whole year before I can have it inspected again. Totally unacceptable. I will never recommend this company to anyone. so much for customer service...you suck Sleepy's
