User comment: Sleepy's Won't Honor Warrantees


12-3-08 I am happy to report that the VP of Customer Satisfaction for Sleepy's contacted me. He stepped in to my bad situation and had a local store help my son to choose a new bed. Yes, the manufacturers handle the warrantees but Sealy has the customer go through the store where you made your purchase to arrange the measuring of the bed for potential replacement. Once the VP took over, he followed our case through to the end to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. I feel confident that he is working to prevent the types of employee problem we encountered from occurring in the future. Knowing that Sleepy's has such a caring VP gives me the confidence to do business with them again.
